City Water and Light is seeking a highly talented and motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative.

The individual will learn to assist CWL customers in person and on the telephone to provide service, answer questions, and/or assist in the following areas: information, billing, collections, and disconnections.

The individual must have high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year’s clerical experience. Position requires proficient use of computers, ten key calculator, and ability to balance a cash drawer. Position also requires diplomacy and a professional manner in dealing with a variety of personalities. Valid Arkansas driver’s license required.
